The Ifor Williams GP146 TRI trailer is widely recognised as one of the toughest plant trailers in the industry. The trailer has an open rectangular steel framework that is integrated with the chassis. The GP146 tri-axle model like all Ifor Williams plant trailers is fitted with a tough resin-coated plywood platform.
Other options include factory fitted aluminium treadplate floor covering, bolt on ramp knife edge and 1.8m/6’ skids or ramp in place of the standard size of 1.2m/4’. Ifor Williams GP models are fitted with integrated ramp or skid supports which ensures trailers are supported whilst being loaded without the need to deploy prop stands.
